Request deletion of your data

Hosts and guests can ask StayQode to delete eligible personal information. We will verify the request before acting so another person cannot delete your data.

How to submit a request

  1. Email legal@stayqode.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. State whether you are a host, team member or guest and provide the email address or phone number connected to your interaction.
  3. If you are a guest, include the property and approximate stay dates. Do not send identity documents unless our privacy team specifically requests them.

What happens next

We acknowledge the request, verify your relationship to the data and respond within the period required by applicable law. Where a host controls the relevant reservation data, we may coordinate the request with that host.

Information we may retain

Some records may be retained where required for tax, payment, fraud prevention, security, legal claims or another overriding legal duty. When full deletion is not permitted, we restrict the information and explain why.

Meta app deletion requests

If you used a Meta-connected StayQode feature, follow the same email process and mention “Meta” in your request. This page is StayQode’s public data-deletion instruction URL for connected applications.
