StayQode terms of service
These terms govern access to StayQode by accommodation hosts, their authorised team members and visitors to guest portals.

Using StayQode
You must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials and use the platform lawfully. Hosts are responsible for property content, guest communications, permissions and services they offer through StayQode.
Plans, add-ons and payments
Features and limits depend on the selected plan and property add-ons. Charges, billing interval and any trial are shown before purchase. Third-party services may charge their own fees under separate terms.
Guest portals and partner services
StayQode supplies portal and QR technology. Accommodation services remain the host’s responsibility. Affiliate, mini-shop, payment and printing providers may apply additional terms, availability rules and cancellation policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse guest information, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, bypass plan limits, interfere with platform security, upload content without rights or use StayQode to deceive or harm another person.
Availability and termination
We work to keep StayQode reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted operation of our service or connected providers. Access may be restricted to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment or investigate material misuse.
